About
LiveFromThePit started at the Us Festival '83. It was a blazing hot day on May 29, 1983 with over 500,000 people, the largest sound stage you can imagine and performances by the following amazing bands: Quiet Riot, Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Triumph, Scorpions, and Van Halen. This experience fueled a passion for music, and a love for the LIVE music experience which continues to this day.

LiveFromThePit attends performances of featured bands and musicians and provides a comprehensive review of the show with a photo history of the event. The goal is to deliver content, which showcases the best elements of the performance and photos which are artistic and of the highest quality.

LiveFromThePit also provides a full range of resources including: Press Releases, Official Band Photos, Interviews, Reviews of Music, Downloads, Products, Contest and Promotion info, Internet Links, and other critical content only available from LiveFromThePit.
